PARTICIPATION FEE: FREE

PARTICIPATION EXPENSE OFFSET: Consistent with the Missouri Craft Brewers Guild (MCBG) Brewers "Bill of Rights," we are providing participants with $250 to offset the cost of participating in this amazing Festival. We fully appreciate the time and commitment it takes to participate in a festival like this and we support the MCBG and their commitment to advocating for members of the craft beer industry. We are offering participants the opportunity to designate an animal rescue or animal non-profit of their choice to receive this $250 offset. The donation will be made in the brewery/HBC name or on behalf of someone they designate for recognition.
 

WRISTBANDS: 5 wristbands provided FREE per-brewery/HBC

BOOTH:
- Approx. 10' x 10' booth space within at 50' x 10' tent.

- 1 table (if you need a specific size table for your tablecloth, please plan to bring your own table)

RECOGNITION/MARKETING:
- Brewery/HBC listed with link on Festival website/Facebook/Instagram page.
- Brewery/HBC highlighted on the Festival Facebook/Instagram pages as a 'featured brewery' leading up to the event.
- Opportunities to be listed in festival update emails/sms messaging with the ability to provide attendees with discounts/specials leading up to the event.
- Ice throughout event.

*NOTE - all tents and display items must be secured and weighted down by YOUR staff. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS PERMITTED.

Each participating brewery will be notified 4 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
